I make bread daily and sell it even (on Thursday and Fri. I grind about 10 hoppers full in our Nutrimill.) It's tiring, isn't it?!<br />Since March when I was in Germany at my aunt's, I've been thinking about getting grain and grinding it myself - for baking, but also for fresh muesli. I finally found a company here in the UK that sells 'sack grain' after a lot of internet searching, but now am feeling a little too stingy to buy a mill. Have been thinking for some time about buying a KitchenAid - which you can also get a mill attachment for - but have space and electrical 'challenges' in my kitchen. Hope you keep enjoying your freshly milled flour. :-)silks'n'sweetshttp://www.silksnsweets.comnoreply@blogger.com
